End-to-End Shipping Label Detection and Extraction Automation

Architected a complete computer vision pipeline to automate shipping label detection and data extraction from parcel images. Implemented label alignment, OCR with PyTesseract, and fine-tuned NER models using Flair to extract key fields like Tracking ID and company name.
