The client wanted a platform to be developed from scratch where anyone can add a found item and claim a lost one belonging to them without the hustle of logging into the site.

  • Solution: Our development team ensured that the portal was simple and easily accessible to the end-users, and they could filter the search based on location, date and business name, and if they found the item could claim it. Similarly, suppose the hotel finds the owner of the lost item. In that case, they can notify them whereby they can pick it up and get the item shipped to a specific location and several other functionalities.

Managing and monitoring the whole process centrally was a concern for the client, along with the security issue concerning the sensitive information of the lost items uploaded on the portal.

  • Solution: We understood the hustle and came up with the solution of the Super User and developed an Admin Dashboard that enables the client to review, update or remove items as needed. For instance, if someone has uploaded a Lost Credit Card’s Image but hasn’t backed out the details. The Admin can edit the image from there before it is visible on the portal and then approve it accordingly.
