ShopFlow Inc. is a mid-sized distributor that was suffering from operational inefficiencies that were introduced by an out-of-date legacy ERP solution. Major business processes of managing inventory, processing orders, and financial reporting were slow and unreliable. This was impacting productivity and customer satisfaction overall. To take these processes into the twenty-first century, ShopFlow partnered with software experts from Bacancy to automate and improve core inventory and finance business processes in their existing ERP platform. The goal was to streamline processes, reduce manual intervention, and enhance data accuracy without affecting the core ERP architecture.
