Legacy Infrastructure Lacked Elastic Scalability

  • Solution: Bacancy Containerize legacy applications using Docker and deploy them on Amazon ECS with auto-scaling policies, allowing services to scale on demand without affecting performance.

High Maintenance & Operational Costs

  • Solution: We leveraged AWS Lambda for event-driven automation, reducing server costs. Combined with AWS RDS and S3, this eliminated redundant infrastructure and ensured cost-optimized storage and compute management.

Data Security & Regulatory Compliance

  • Solution: Our AWS migration consultant designed the architecture using IAM roles, KMS encryption, and VPC segregation to meet GDPR and PCI-DSS standards while ensuring secure access controls, audit logging, and encrypted data at rest and in transit.

Risk of Downtime During Migration

  • Solution: Bacancy used a blue-green deployment strategy with AWS CloudFormation to orchestrate the migration with zero downtime. We also performed rigorous pre-migration validation using AWS Migration Hub and DMS.
