The client faced issues when trying to send SMS to thousands of recipients at once. Messages were getting delayed or not delivered properly.

  • Solution: Our web developers built a strong backend system using the Telnyx Messaging API v2. We added message queuing and optimized the process to make sure messages were sent quickly and reliably, even for campaigns with up to 50,000 contacts.

Another challenge was the lack of visibility into which messages were delivered or failed, making it hard to track performance and fix issues.

  • Solution: We used Telnyx webhooks to capture real-time delivery updates. Our team created a dashboard that shows the status of each message along with error codes and reasons for failure. This gave the client full visibility and control over their message campaigns.
