Ventryn Properties needed a secure way to manage sensitive credentials while meeting strict policies.

  • Solution: Bacancy has deployed a vault-based credential management system that encrypts credentials and verifies them in real time. This has helped Ventryn Properties to manage and secure sensitive information, limit access, and enhance internal security policies and best practices for secure automation.

The housing systems (Yardi, MRI, Elite) used varying protocols for credential management and data retrieval.

  • Solution: Bacancy has implemented a modular RPA workflow in Robocorp to address the differences. We provide Ventryn Properties with solutions that involve bespoke credential validation logic for every system, and allow secure integration while addressing and handling data extraction processes.

Lack of production system access, which made it difficult to test workflows in a live environment.
