The pharmacies that work with MedConnect Pro are actual stores on the main streets and follow the rules set by governing authorities. MedConnect Pro makes sure that doctors and pharmacies work together smoothly. This stops pharmacies from giving themselves medicine or keeping too much in stock. This helps keep patients safe and well-cared for.

Challenges & Solutions

The client wanted an SEO-friendly eCommerce site with features such as online orders, prescriptions, consultations, chat, and others. Also, wished for reduced manpower and multiple third-party delivery options.

  • Solution: Our team wrote the complex codebase with the arranged flow of medicine orders. Used structuring schema for consultations, Q&A, and restrictions. Also, integrated multiple third-party delivery options like Royal Mail and Quiver.

The client was concerned about the manual upload of the products with other details, which was a tedious task, along with a high possibility of errors. Also, the client wished for a User Verification Process to ensure the authenticity of the end user.

  • Solution: Our team introduced an Excel import and upload feature with third-party library and API calls, thus, enabling the bulk upload of products. We used the Lexis Nexis API that fetches the report of the users and verifies them with the available data.
