Delivering a centralized delivery of sales and business development support and to convert visitors to leads for immediate action along with improved alignment and quality of pre-sales and lead generation process.

  • Solution: Our developers used Twilio and created IVR systems that can handle outbound calls, then, we created flows within Amazon Connect where inbound calls are checked against the number dialed by the caller (where each number belongs to a region or state in the US)

The client intended to set-up a contact center in the Philippines to provide lead generation campaigns for his US office.

  • Solution: Our experts implemented Workflows in Twilio to route the calls to agents as per their allotted region or state, and if unavailable then the user can send a voicemail and when the agent login again, the voicemail will be routed back to it.
