Integrating Twilio into the Laravel-based system for calling and chatting posed a unique challenge due to the absence of a direct API or feature.

  • Solution: Our team engaged with Twilio support and their technical team to overcome the absence of a direct Twilio API. Conducting extensive research and leveraging various Twilio APIs, we implemented a solution. For efficient chat conversations, we utilized Laravel + Livewire.

Shifting from the client's existing Core PHP system to Laravel required maintaining existing features and seamlessly integrating new functionalities.

  • Solution: Our team effectively planned and executed the migration process. They ensured that the features from the Core PHP system were replicated in Laravel, adding enhancements and automation where necessary.
