Cloud readiness was blocked by opaque infrastructure and rigid legacy systems.

  • Solution: We mapped application dependencies, evaluated workloads using the 6 R’s of migration, and designed Terraform-based infrastructure. This included Kubernetes for microservices and CI/CD pipelines to modernize deployments.

Security and compliance gaps existed across identity management, audit logging, and encryption standards, increasing the risk for financial operations in regulated markets.

  • Solution: We designed a comprehensive cloud security architecture with RBAC, identity federation (Azure AD/AWS IAM), KMS encryption, and centralized logging via CloudTrail and Azure Monitor. Compliance alignment was ensured with CIS Benchmarks, PCI-DSS, and MAS TRM guidelines.
