The client needed a centralized system to streamline sales and business development to improve pre-sales alignment and convert visitors into qualified leads more efficiently.

  • Solution: We implemented Twilio to build an IVR system that is capable of handling outbound calls and created Amazon Connect flows. That verifies inbound calls based on the number dialed and each to a specific US region or state.

The client wanted to set-up a contact center in the Philippines to run lead generation campaigns for their US operations.

  • Solution: We implemented Twilio Workflows to route calls to agents based on their assigned region or state. If an agent is unavailable, callers can leave a voicemail. This solution would automatically be routed back to the agent once they logged in again.
