About the Role Bacancy Technology is seeking a Telemedicine App Developer to build full-stack virtual care platforms that go far beyond video consultations. Modern telehealth requires real-time video, asynchronous messaging, e-prescribing, remote diagnostics, and seamless EHR integration. You will develop web and mobile telehealth applications that connect patients with providers in any setting, ensuring clinical quality and HIPAA compliance across every interaction.

Roles and Responsibility:

Design and develop full-stack telemedicine applications including video consultation, scheduling, and patient intake workflows
Implement HIPAA-compliant real-time video communication using WebRTC, Twilio, or Vonage with end-to-end encryption
Build asynchronous telehealth features including secure messaging, store-and-forward image sharing, and e-consult workflows
Integrate e-prescribing capabilities (EPCS-compliant) and pharmacy network connectivity
Develop provider dashboards for appointment management, clinical documentation, and patient queue management
Implement EHR integration for visit documentation, clinical notes, and order entry using FHIR and HL7 standards
Build patient-facing mobile apps (iOS/Android) with appointment booking, virtual waiting rooms, and payment processing
Implement analytics and reporting for telehealth utilization, patient satisfaction, and clinical outcome measurement

Skill Requirement:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
3+ years of full-stack web and mobile development experience
Experience with real-time communication technologies (WebRTC, Twilio, Agora, Vonage)
Proficiency in modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js) and mobile development (React Native, Flutter)
Experience with HIPAA-compliant video and messaging implementation
Knowledge of healthcare workflows including scheduling, clinical documentation, and billing
Experience with RESTful API design and third-party integration (payment gateways, pharmacy APIs)
Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility (WCAG), and mobile-first development
