We specialize in software product development and have successfully executed numerous projects in software development, Web Designing & Development, Mobile Technologies, Microsoft Technologies and an open source as well for Internet Marketing.

Roles and Responsibility:

Manage a number of multiple teams.
Attend reviews of user stories to ensure requirements captured are testable and of sufficient functional detail.
Facilitate daily stand- ups, sprint planning and retrospectives.
Track the day- to- day burn- down of activities.
Identify and take action to remove any Road Blockers. Help & guide the team and client to remove Obstacles by finding the right approach.
Work closely with the Business Analysts to ensure understanding of the business requirements that feed the product backlog . Build an effective relationship with the product owner.
Identify and highlight any project level risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies.
Create sprint reports detailing sprint burn- down charts, velocity, release plan and overall project planning.
Establishing an environment where the team can be effective.
Addressing team dynamics.
Ensuring a good relationship between the team and Client as well as other stakeholders.
Protecting the team from outside interruptions and distractions.
Knowledge of software development life cycle.
Experience in resource onboarding, management and performance evaluation.
Assisting presales and client onboarding activities.

Skill Requirement:

Should have experience working with Service based company or Company following Agile methodology and waterfall methodology
Minimum 3 years’ experience in project management
No technical specification needed

Qualification: B.Tech/B.E/MCA

Office Timings: 10.00 AM to 7.00 PM
