Influencer Marketing Manager

Job Brief:

We are hiring an Influencer Marketing Manager to lead and grow our influencer campaigns across digital platforms. You will develop strategies to boost brand awareness, lead generation, and engagement, while managing influencer relationships and campaign performance. This role involves close collaboration with content, SEO, digital marketing, HR, and branding teams. Strong knowledge of social media trends and influencer networks is essential.

Roles and Responsibility:

  • Design and implement influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand and lead generation objectives.
  • Identify, vet, and build strong relationships with influencers across LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, and emerging platforms.
  • Plan and manage influencer campaigns for product launches, employer branding, and brand visibility.
  • Collaborate on content development to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment.
  • Track and report on campaign performance metrics including reach, engagement, and conversions.
  • Partner with internal teams such as digital marketing, content, SEO, HR, and branding to maximize impact.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and recommend new opportunities across evolving platforms like TikTok, Threads, and Discord.
  • Ensure contracts, negotiations, and influencer agreements comply with legal and financial standards.

Skill Requirement:

  • 3–5 years of proven experience in influencer marketing, preferably in tech, SaaS, or startup sectors.
  • Expertise in influencer marketing strategy and execution.
  • Strong understanding of digital and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, TikTok, etc.).
  • Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, social insights, and affiliate dashboards.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to create and interpret campaign performance reports and KPIs.
  • Knowledge of content marketing, brand building, and digital lead generation.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Creativity, adaptability, and strong trend-spotting abilities.
  • Understanding of contract management, compliance, and influencer payment processes.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from campaign data.
  • Up-to-date with the latest influencer marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred).


Office Timings: 10.00 AM to 7.00 PM
