Job Brief:

Bacancy Technology is looking for a Healthcare RPA / Workflow Automation Engineer to design and implement robotic process automation solutions that eliminate manual, repetitive tasks across healthcare operations. From prior authorization to claims processing to patient registration, healthcare organizations spend billions annually on administrative tasks that can be automated. You will build intelligent automation workflows that reduce costs, minimize errors, and free clinical staff to focus on patient care.

Roles and Responsibility:

  • Design and implement RPA bots for healthcare workflows including prior authorization, eligibility verification, claims processing, and appointment scheduling
  • Build intelligent document processing (IDP) solutions for extracting data from medical records, insurance forms, and clinical documents
  • Develop workflow orchestration platforms that combine RPA, AI/ML, and rule-based logic for end-to-end process automation
  • Create automated reporting and compliance monitoring workflows for regulatory requirements
  • Integrate RPA solutions with EHR systems, practice management software, clearinghouses, and payer portals
  • Implement exception handling, error recovery, and human-in-the-loop workflows for complex automation scenarios
  • Measure and report automation ROI including time saved, error reduction, cost savings, and throughput improvements
  • Identify new automation opportunities through process mining, workflow analysis, and stakeholder interviews

Skill Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or related field
  • 3+ years of RPA development experience, with at least 1 year in healthcare or insurance settings
  • Expertise in RPA platforms (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Microsoft Power Automate, or Blue Prism)
  • Experience with healthcare workflows including revenue cycle, prior authorization, and claims processing
  • Knowledge of healthcare data standards and payer communication protocols (X12 EDI, 837/835)
  • Programming skills in Python, JavaScript, or .NET for custom automation logic
  • Understanding of OCR and intelligent document processing technologies
  • Strong analytical skills for process analysis, optimization, and ROI measurement

Nice to have

  • UiPath Advanced Developer or Automation Anywhere Advanced certification
  • Experience with healthcare revenue cycle management platforms
  • Knowledge of healthcare compliance requirements for automated processes (HIPAA, state regulations)
  • Experience with conversational AI for patient-facing automation (IVR, chatbots)

Qualification: B.Tech/B.E/MCA


Office Timings: 10.00 AM to 7.00 PM
