Delivery Manager in IT services is responsible for overseeing the delivery of technology services and solutions to clients

Roles and Responsibility:

  • Project Management: Leading and managing IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
  • Team Leadership: Supervising and guiding IT professionals, fostering a collaborative work environment, and facilitating professional development.
  • Client Relationship Management: Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously assessing and improving delivery processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Risk Management: Identifying potential risks in IT projects and implementing strategies to mitigate them.
  • Resource Allocation: Efficiently allocating resources and personnel to various projects based on priorities and skill requirements.
  • Reporting: Providing regular reports to senior management on project progress, challenges, and outcomes.

Skill Requirement:

  • This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, along with expertise in IT service management and a customer-oriented approach.

Qualification: B.Tech/B.E/MCA

Office Timings: 10.00 AM to 7.00 PM
