We specialize in software product development and have successfully executed numerous projects in software development, Web Design & Development, Mobile Technologies, Microsoft Technologies, and open-source as well for Internet Marketing.

Role: Chat Support Executive

Roles and Responsibility:

• Interact Chat with visitors
• Asks and approach with Relevant Questions
• Quick Joining and Reply
• Need to Maintain and update Accuracy in records daily
• Candidates have to resolve customer queries over the Chat and achieve customer delight.
• Candidate should basic knowledge of Bacancy Technology and a clear understanding of PPC, Organic, social media, and other platform URLs (Systems also)
• Effective written and spoken English communication skills.
• Update visitors information in live Chat
• CRM lead update - (at the same time)
• Mail-in solution and sales -  (at the same time)
• Update in Zopim core group - (at the same time)
• Teamwork

Skill Requirement:

• Typing
• Excellent Communication in English
• Able to Interact with Customers
• Problem Solving Skills
• Able to Read, Write and Understand

Qualification: Any Graduate
