ValoraIQ is a workflow management platform built for Australian property valuers, digitizing the complete valuation lifecycle from job creation to report delivery. The company already had a valuation platform in place but reached out to Bacancy Technology to expand its capabilities, add new features, and improve day-to-day workflows. We built guided, step-by-step workflows paired with multi-provider AI document intelligence that automatically generates professional Word and PDF valuation reports. The result reduced manual effort, minimized data-entry errors, and improved accuracy across the entire valuation process.
