Flentro handles insurance claims, and its process had gotten slow. A single claim took about 12 days to move from first notice to payout. Most of that time was not real work. Claims sat in inboxes waiting for the next person, got rekeyed between systems, and bounced back when something was missing. Nobody could see where a claim was stuck. Flentro wanted the whole workflow rebuilt so claims moved on their own, the right person picked them up fast, and the team could see the status of every claim at a glance.

System Integrations That Removed Rekeying
The old process ran on email and manual handoffs. A claim would sit until someone noticed it, picked it up, and passed it along. Those waiting gaps, not the work, ate up most of the full twelve days.
Claim data lived across several systems that did not talk to each other. Staff rekeyed the same details again and again, which was slow and caused mistakes that pushed claims back a step every time.
Nobody had a clear view of where a claim actually was. When a customer called to ask about status, the team had to dig through inboxes and separate systems just to piece together even a basic answer.
The rebuild could not pause claims work while it happened. Flentro processed real claims daily, so we had to shift the workflow over without losing anything in flight or slowing the team down at all.
We started by mapping the whole claims journey, from first notice through to payout, and marking every point where a claim just sat waiting. From there we rebuilt the handoffs so a claim moves itself to the next step instead of waiting for a person to spot it. The team follows one clear path now instead of chasing work across inboxes.
Routing came next. Each claim now lands with the right person the second it is ready, so it never goes stale in a shared inbox. Our insurance claims management team set the rules for who picks up what, going by claim type and how busy each person already is, so nobody gets a random pile dumped on them and nothing waits for a handoff.
Those disconnected systems caused most of the delay. Our Python developers wired them together so claim details move between them on their own, and staff now enter everything once, right when the claim first comes in. No more retyping the same fields at each stage, and no typos knocking a claim back a step and quietly adding days onto the whole cycle.
The team also needed to see everything in one place. So as part of our insurance app development, we built a single live board that shows every claim, where it sits and who is holding it right now, and anything stuck gets flagged straight away. When a customer calls in about their claim, the answer is on screen in seconds, not buried across inboxes and separate tools now.
