Success story of Bacancy Technology is illustrated in 6th year for more shine in future. And we successfully completed 5 years on December, 22nd – 2k16. WOW is such an underrated expression because, the post-event excellent is still on. Every year we wholeheartedly participate in anniversary celebrations and this year was no different.
Once again, the family of Bacancy Technology, IT Outsourcing Development Leader celebrated its foundation day with great success – A pot-boiler of dance, music, cheeky steps…Bacancy’s5th annual day turned the chilling evening into spectacular and starry one. Fondly each of the Bacancyer participated into the starry evening and witnessed a plethora of energetic performances, unending laughter, sumptuous dinner and much more.
Corporate Event and Presentation
Bacancy Technology’s 5th Anniversary celebration started with the Chandresh Patel – Managing Director’s speech. He took the stage and showcased an interesting presentation of year-by-year growth with the motivational speech, right from the organization’s Inception.It was all about celebrating the team’s efforts and recounting the milestones everyone has crossed together.
The inspiring words from M.D won the heart of all team members. He further added-

Many team members were not part of Bacancy Technology when the organization started back in 2011. However, they shared the same spirit of achievement as if it was their momentous journey. Excitement was in the air, as the sense of pride and enthusiasm was geared up among all the team members.
Recognition of Talent -Awards ceremony
Mosam Patel – the anchor for the evening pulled off one heck of a show with its witty, impromptu and satirical speech. Some of his gigs were too hilarious that made every Bacancyer choked into laughter.
Later on continuing the evening, Bacancy Technology, recognized the talent and awarded the stars with the nomination of Employee of the Year, Employee of the quarter and a special Recognition award to our HR.

Technology Geek Turned Into Rock Stars
Every Bacancyer, all dressed to the nines to switch gears to start the DJ party. Each of the techno geek turned into rock stars and descended on the floor to show some cheeky moves on the tunes of DJ followed by a sumptuous dinner.

So-called techno geeks hit the dance floor and impressed everyone with their dancing skills. Some of the solo performances left everyone spellbound. Everyone was screaming here and there to cheer the mesmerizing performances.
At last, it was time to final bow and bid farewell. Undoubtedly, the celebration of Bacancy Day helped Bacancyer to rediscover. Realize. Rejuvenate. The foundation day will be truly cherished in the hearts and minds of each Bacancyer for the years to come – stepping into our 6th year!
